I never got too far into it because I just couldn't get the framerate to stay smooth.

I have a 144hz monitor and hardware capable of getting 144fps in most games, unless they're poorly optimized etc.

Spent probably 4 hours trying various tweaks to ini's and stuff, but still wasn't able to get the framerate stable any higher than 60fps (and it would constantly reach 90fps, only to dip below 50, so basically unplayable because of the choppiness).

In the end, I refunded the game and decided to just reinstall Fallout 4, since you can mod that how you want it and it's basically the Sr. version of the Jr. Fallout 76, just not as social.
