In terms of rich single-player games, the Wii U hasn't exactly seen its share of original titles. Or ports for that matter. Xenoblade Chronicles X, a decidedly very-Japanese looking RPG for the Nintendo console, is out December 5 and the launch trailer definitely sells it as grand anime-inspired sci-fi game. There's giant swords, even bigger mechs, strange aliens, and wonderfully strange alien landscapes and architecture.
Check it out.
Xenoblade Chronicles X is a spiritual successor to Xenoblade Chronicles for the Wii. And unlike other Japanese RPGs, it features a large open-world to explore.
