EA has revealed through their Facebook and Twitter accounts that those tuning into the Xbox reveal event early in the morning tomorrow will find themselves gaining new information on the next-gen FIFA and UFC titles.
After missing the PlayStation 4 event earlier in the year, many fans of the sports titles were disappointed that no official news had filtered through, however the social media posts suggest that the wait is nearly over. FIFA fans were greeted with a
new photo touting a slogan "see the next generation of FIFA" and the shirt number of Argentine footballer Lionel Andrés Messi.
Those following EA Sports UFC on Twitter were given hope through a
new Tweet, asking to retweet if "you're pumped for the first news of @EASPORTSUFC coming tomorrow". Unlike the FIFA announcement which was explicitly tied to the Xbox reveal, it isn't known whether UFC will be announced at the event or separately.
In related Xbox news a cryptic message has appeared on the
official Facebook page for McLaren Automotive, claiming that "Xbox is revealing something special" while linking through to the Xbox.com website where the event will be live streamed. The post also suggested that what is to be shown at the event will be something fans of the page will like, pushing the rumour mill in the direction of either a next-gen Forza or Project Gotham Racing 5.
Microsoft's much-anticipated next generation Xbox unveiling will begin tomorrow at 3AM AEST and will be live streamed on their
official website.
