With just over a week to go until the first next-gen console hits Australian shelves, hardware creator Microsoft has unveiled a new trailer showing off the more intimate details of their Xbox One console.

Boasting the likes of using Skype while in a game, on-demand TV and "cinematic gameplay" that rivals Hollywood, the trailer offers some flashy glances at the exterior of the box and its camera counterpart, the Kinect.

Microsoft has also debuted two new TV commercials for the console, both taking a look at the multi-tasking capabilities of the new console through the Snap feature and Kinect voice commands. Check them out below.

The Xbox One launches on November 22nd.
