The Xbox celebration continues with over 70 games added from the Original Xbox and Xbox 360 library to the backwards compatibility library on both Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. It's a massive list of classic goodness too, featuring the likes of the F.E.A.R. trilogy, the Max Payne trilogy, Ridge Racer 6, Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast, and TimeSplitters 2.

Not only that but the very cool Auto HDR feature adds HDR enhancements on Xbox Series X|S for all of the games added today with all of the Original Xbox titles running in higher resolutions than their original debuts. That's a massive 4x increase on Xbox Series X, 3x on Xbox Series S, and double the resolution on Xbox One.

11 of the titles are also getting the FPS Boost treatment, upping the performance to a silky smooth 60fps -- including F.E.A.R., F.E.A.R. 3, Binary Domain, and NIER. FPS Boost is also coming to existing backwards compatible titles too -- including the Gears of War franchise, Fallout 3, Fallout: New Vegas, Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Dragon Age: Origins, Dead Space 2 & 3, Alan Wake and Sonic Generations.

A definite cause for celebration... though it's a little bittersweet as Microsoft is confirming that due to licensing it's reached the limit of games it can add to the backward compatibility program. So yeah, this here be the final list.

And on that note here's the full list of games added today.
