If you're a keen World of Warcraft player, you no doubt already know all about the big 4.1.0 patch as it launched over the weekend. However, a re-distributable version of the patch has now been available; so for those that haven't updared yet, or have been wrestling with the automated downloader, you can now grab it
locally here from AusGamers (376 MiB) or
here if you're of the Mac OS persuasion.
As per usual, the update contains a mammoth list of changes and quest additions, chief of which appears to be the
Rise of the Zandalari content:
The days when great troll empires stretched across ancient Kalimdor are long past. Millennia of war and internal strife have stripped these nations of their power, lands, and glory. As Azeroth recovers from the destruction of the Cataclysm, the world's divided troll populations face a bleak future. These dark times have spurred the trolls of the Zandalar, the historically wise and scholarly tribe from which all trolls originated, to take drastic action. They have embarked on a bold crusade to save their race by uniting trolls into a single mighty empire. With the Zandalari's aid, the fallen capitals of the Gurubashi and Amani nations—Zul'Gurub and Zul'Aman—are already rebuilding, replenishing their forces for a bloody campaign to expand their territories.

Zul'Aman is pretty similar to the old one but, just tuned for 5 players.
One thing to mention is although its recycled content to a certain extent, there are so many wrath babies running around, that most people you pug with have no idea and never got to see the content at all, so it's pretty cool in that regard.

lol Ticman, I just went through a ZA run about 30 minutes ago and the healer wasn't dispelling the debuff on one of the bosses so I die 15 secs in. the rest of the group struggles through the fight and eventually get him down
He links f*****g DPS meters (a healer!@!) and because I was below 10k due to being dead the whole fight, leaves group. /facepalm
