Warhammer is the Marvel Cinematic Universe of the gaming space, it seems, with a bunch of titles related to the popular tabletop franchise in development. Blood Bowl 2 released last week, Regicide hit earlier in the month, and in a few weeks, Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide will launch, too. Unlike those other two turn-based examples, Vermintide offers a first-person perspective of the iconic Warhammer universe.
To be fair, it only blipped on my radar recently, but this latest trailer, showcasing the Waywatcher (one of five playable heroes), has my attention. It's a short clip, but it features a bit of stealth, death by arrows, and one hell of a jumping sword strike.
Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide launches on Steam on the 23rd of October, and will reportedly launch later on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
