Next week sees the release of the first expansion for The Witcher 3, Hearts of Stone, and with it comes a lengthy campaign (around 10 hours or so) that will see Geralt face off against a powerful immortal. The new launch trailer for the October 13 release does well to set the scene and remind everyone just how brilliant and surprising The Witcher 3 can be.




In addition to the new story, Hearts of Stone will also feature new areas to explore, monsters to slay, and new Gwent cards to collect! Now that last bit may not sound as epic as the rest, but fans of the popular card game from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will no doubt want that confirmation.
