Gaming laptops have truly come of age. They’re thin, portable, and come equipped with the latest in processing and graphics hardware. They also feature high-refresh rate displays with technologies like NVIDIA G-Sync and FreeSync to ensure smooth performance. That said it’s all of the above in a portable on-the-go package that makes the idea of a gaming laptop so alluring.

In some markets, we are seeing the gaming laptop market double in volumes year-on-year.”

If you’ve ventured into an actual store that sells PC hardware then the above makes perfect sense, most outright complete all-in-one PC gaming devices are laptops. Getting to this stage was inevitable, CPU and GPU performance has not only gotten better over time but more efficient.
