Every now and then a trailer crosses our desks that grabs our attention and makes us want to see more. Which is exactly what the announcement trailer for The Signal From Tölva from UK developer Big Robot has done. Maybe its the sleek Destiny-like visuals, or the great soundtrack, or the simple and effective description, "a single-player first-person exploration and combat game". Either way, this is one to keep and eye for when it launches in 2017.

The Signal From Tölva is a journey into a wild science fiction landscape, filled with danger and beauty: you must survive terrible hazards, navigate through impossible spaces, and fight an ongoing battle to control this haunted, blighted world. You will make use of a range of powerful tools to overcome your enemies and uncover secrets: hack robots to battle alongside you, equip powerful weapons and savage defense systems.

Yes it does look very interesting indeed. I like the big arse robotic skull lying on its side @ 1:20. He looks like he was a big lad...now to discover what brought him down!
