Ubisoft has revealed this morning that the upcoming hacking title Watch Dogs will be making its way to Australian shelves on November 21, two days after the US release.

Not to be outdone by their recent Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag collector's editions, Ubisoft has announced that Watch Dogs will be gaining the same treatment with four different editions announced today including the ultimate DEDSEC Edition which retails at $139.95 and includes a 23cm Aiden Pearce figurine.

For those looking for the cheapest edition, the Special Edition retails at $79.95 and offers two single-player packs and three multiplayer packs, however you can check out the full list of editions available over here including the Uplay-exclusive one.

Based on there being a 'Uplay-exclusive' edition of the game I doubt very much that this game will be independant of the Uplay system :/

The trailers for this game have me very interested, I was pleasantly surprised by Far Cry 3; here's hoping that the scope for this game is as ambitious.

Probably just be like Far Cry 3, you launch it from Steam and it still opens up the Uplay thing, but you can just set Uplay to be offline

I'll probably grab it on both, the Wii U version just sounds too good to miss out on.
