According to Ubisoft the PC version of Watch Dogs 2 is getting delayed to ensure that specific PC enhancements are there from day one. According to the post over at Ubiblog, "Support for full 4K resolution with Ultra Textures and Extra Details options; an uncapped framerate; and a host of other features and options specifically requested by the Watch Dogs 2 community" are the main reason for the delay. Which means a new release date of November 29.
Alongside the delay, Ubisoft also release the PC requirements for Watch Dogs 2.
