They revealed it a while back, but following their many presentations at GDC 2012 Epic Games continue conquering new frontiers, with the proof-of-concept Epic Citadel demo now publicly available for your interactive in-browser pleasure running in Adobe Flash at the Unreal Engine site.
Shacknews reports on a discussion with Epic boss Mark Rein, who explains that while there is undoubtedly a penalty in CPU performance when running the demo in flash, they have achieved an respectable 70% efficiency and hope to be able to get their ridiculously impressive Samaritan demo running in Flash next.
