Check it out.
Based on one of the best-selling, most critically acclaimed video game series of all time, Uncharted introduces audiences to the young street-smart Nathan Drake (Tom Holland) and showcases his first treasure hunting adventure with wisecracking partner Victor “Sully” Sullivan (Mark Wahlberg). In an action-adventure epic that spans the globe, the two go in dangerous pursuit of “the greatest treasure never found” while also tracking clues that may lead to Nathan’s long-lost brother.
"Today, we’re humbled and incredibly excited to show you the world premiere of the first official trailer for the much-anticipated Uncharted movie – starring Tom Holland, Mark Wahlberg, and Antonio Banderas," writes Neil Druckmann, Co-President, Naughty Dog. "In a collaboration between Sony Pictures Entertainment, PlayStation Productions, and Naughty Dog, we captured the spirit, spectacle, and heart that Uncharted is known for (some of you will recognize some of the humor, landmarks, music, and relics)."
The Uncharted movie is set to hit theatres February 18, 2022. Which lines up nicely with the upcoming Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves collection (which features remastered versions of Uncharted 4: A Thief's End and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy) coming to PC and PS5 in 2022.
