The long-teased fifth and final additional character for Ultra Street Fighter IV's roster has been revealed as Decapre, a Russian femme fatale that reportedly originally appeared as one of M.Bison's NPC lackies in SF Alpha 3, now fleshed out with her own moves set (thanks Kotaku).
Making her first brief appearance in a Street Fighter game as a non-playable character in Street Fighter Alpha 3, where she was seen as one of M. Bison's Dolls, Decapre now joins the fight! Although a partial mask hides a giant burn mark located on this Russian beauty's face, challengers will be scarred by her quick and elusive scramble moves as well as her psycho power infused attacks, which allow her to share her pain with her opponents.
Decapre joines the Street Fighter X Tekken converts Hugo, Rolento, Elana and Poison in Ultra Street Fighter IV, which will also bring new features like Youtube integration and an "edition select' mode offering the move sets of the many different street fighter versions of each character.

Ultra Street Fighter 4 is due on PC, Xbox 360 in June, followed by PC in August. Watch Decapre's trailer below.
