With no sequel currently in the works and the active player count for Rainbow Six Siege still growing - now hitting over 27 million across all platforms. The current Year model for the game seems to be part of the roadmap, with new Operators and maps making up the bulk of the content. Which will see changes to the standard edition by offering up more Operators to players.
Where Ubisoft hopes to reach a number of 100 sometime in the future. Of course a lot of the success has to be thanks to just how well Rainbow Six Siege works as an esport, offering great team-plays and often nail-biting and intense matches. Even so, Ubisoft will be implementing changes to the Pro-league in upcoming seasons.
Also, events like the upcoming Outbreak co-op Rainbow Six Siege bit of content that will run throughout March. As per the title and the above trailer it looks like a fun diversion from standard play.
