Ubisoft games for a monthly fee - starting September 3, 2019, for Windows PC. As per the release
Uplay+ will feature over 100 games including new and old titles plus access to premium edition content and additional DLC. Local pricing is not yet available, but will be €14.99/month when it debuts.
As per detail below it will basically include access to every Ubisoft thing there is.

Latest Released Games: Tom Clancy’s The Division 2, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, Far Cry 5, Anno 1800 and more.
Classic Ubisoft Titles: Titles from the Far Cry and Rayman franchises, Prince of Persia, Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell, Beyond Good & Evil and more.
Beloved PC Franchises: Heroes of Might and Magic, Silent Hunter, The Settlers, Anno and more.

Sign-ups for the service are open now via
the Uplay site where players will get the first month of access for free.
Including all DLC and add-on content for games is great move, so in terms of value it really comes down to price. We'll have more info on local pricing as it's made available.
