Square Enix is in the running for silliest, most succinct-slash-direct game titles ever. Especially in its Nintendo Switch wares. Triangle Strategy is a turn-based tactics-style game in the vein of the Tactics: Ogre Battle or Fire Emblem (think a combination of both, really), and a prologue demo for it is now available to nab from the Nintendo eShop.

We've had a dabble at this, and as fans of the name-dropped ilks, can tell you if you're at all into J-Drama that borders on the teen side of trivial, yet Earth-shattering, alongside serious micro-management of items and party members, and their feelings, this is likely for you.
Command a group of warriors as Serenoa, heir of House Wolffort, in a tangled plot where your decisions make all the difference. Key choices you make will bolster one of three convictions – Utility, Morality, Liberty – which together make up Serenoa’s world view and influence how the story will unfold. When faced with truly momentous decisions, multiple characters will weigh in by casting their votes on the Scales of Conviction. In these moments, the allies and decisions you make can determine the fate of whole nations and the continent of Norzelia itself.
The full game is out early next month on March 3, but given its ridiculous name it makes sense that Ninty is offering up a free demo, just so uninformed punters know this isn't a game about George Costanza's disdain for triangles.
