Triad Wars will be United Fronts newest addition to the Sleeping Dogs world, though this time in the form of an online-only, PC-exclusive title that will allow you to forge your own Hong Kong criminal underground.

Described as an online open-world action strategy game for PC, United Fronts has unleashed the first glimpse of gameplay in a behind-the-scenes look at just what the studio is doing. Titled "Welcome to the Triad", the trailer shows us that Triad Wars is being built directly off the technology and assets used for Sleeping Dogs, United Fronts' previous open-world title.

It will feature the same open world, racing and combat as its narrative sibling, though this time with the chance to carve your own unique story. This can be achieved by building your own Triad empire, but you'll be competing with other players for territory and resources.

A release is expected sometime in 2015. Check out the first trailer below, and you can also signup for beta now.
