Developer Massive Entertainment has not ruled out future plans for other platforms for their upcoming third-person online open-world title Tom Clancy's The Division, according to a post on their Twitter, giving hope to PC players.
In response to the question "will there be a PC version?", Massive revealed that while the focus is currently on the next-gen PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles, the devs "are not ruling out any platforms for the future." Whether this means a PC version could be announced alongside the console platforms is unknown, but it does give us hope for the interesting title that sees a blend of survival and action in a city ravaged by a pandemic.
Ubisoft revealed the title at their E3 2013 press conference with a very interesting gameplay piece, which you can check out below. Taking place in a crumbling plague-infested New York city, players will be able to join squad-like groups to help complete what looked to be quest-like objectives as they stay alive against other players in somewhat DayZ like PvP.
No release date has yet been given for Tom Clancy's The Division, but hopefully it is sooner rather than later.

I ignored this game completely at first assuming it was going to be another Tom Clancy brand whoring single player tacshooter but a few comments made me take a second look, at which point I saw PC was relegated to once again being a second class citizen and lost interest again.
