A little more than two years after its initial release on PlayStation 3, Giant Sparrow's The Unfinished Swan will launch for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita on October 29th, according to a post on the PlayStation Blog.

For those who already purchased the game on PS3, The Unfinished Swan is cross-buy compatible, meaning if you already have it you can download it on all available platforms. If you haven't purchased the game before, it will cost $14.99.

This updated, 1080p version of Giant Sparrow's first-person paint adventure is made possible through a collaboration with Armature Studio, the team behind Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate and the PS Vita version of Injustice: Gods Among Us.

The Unfinished Swan was first released on October 23rd, 2012. Players are tasked with guiding an orphaned young boy through a magical kingdom left incomplete by its whimsical king. Using only a paintbrush that can splatter ink, paint and sometimes water, player will navigate the disconnected city and discover a few things about the king — and the young boy — in the process.
