Biomutant is just about ready to make its PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One debut on May 25 -- bringing with it a vibrant post-apocalyptic world with fuzzy animals and kung-fu action. This one has been in development for a while, and if you've been following its progress no doubt the look and feel has grabbed you.

If not then perhaps this new slice of PC gameplay -- in 4K 60fps no less -- will certainly do the trick.

In the slice of gameplay we get to see a large and impressive open-world chock full of detail -- from lush countrysides to long abandoned vehicles and buildings. Plus plenty of action, giving us a good look at the fast-paced kung-fu combat starring cute and cuddly animals. That are also mutated and angry.

It's stylish stuff, with a heavy focus on customisation and a fairy-tale like presentation. As for the PC hardware you'll need, the recommended specs list either a GeForce GTX 1660Ti or Radeon RX 590, meaning it should scale well to maintain that 60fps sheen.

Be sure to stay tuned to AusGamers for full review.
