Naughty Dog's The Last of Us, a post-apocalyptic survival-horror, is almost upon us and the developer has taken to their website to detail pre-order incentives for the PSN digital copy of the game, available on day 1 of release.

For those looking at going digital you'll find the game available to download at midnight on June 14 and will also allow you to start playing the game once the game data is a little over half way downloaded thanks to a unique download installer.

As with industry standard these days, Naughty Dog has also revealed a DLC Season Pass for their title, which will offer three packs of downloadable content for The Last of Us available after the game launches. Season Pass holders will also gain access to unique Day 1 bonuses which include an increase to crafting speed, healing speed, a 9mm reload speed upgrade, rifle capacity upgrade and Grounded – an exclusive 90min “Making of The Last of Us” documentary.

Naughty Dog has also detailed each of the three DLC packs, which includes for the first time ever a single player DLC pack. The two other DLC packs will feature multiplayer content in the form of additional multiplayer maps and other expansions which will be detailed further before release.

The Last of Us will be available only for PlayStation 3 on June 14.
