Coming to both the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, the THE KING OF FIGHTERS XV open beta test is for this coming weekend only (at this stage), and will only run at specific times, so you need to pay attention. Only eight fighters are available to play, but you'll at least have roughly three days to get acquainted with them.

So, kicking (heh) off from November 20, 14:00 you can play the beta on your PlayStation of choice. Cross-play between both consoles is up and running while you will also be able to play both online (natch) and offline. The really cool part though -- you don't need a PlayStation Plus sub to participate.

The open beta will end of November 23 at 02:00. Here's the rostered fighters you'll have access to:
