The GAP lads are back with yet another instalment of The GAP, their sometimes weekly podcast that covers *mostly* gaming. Here's this week's decription:
This week on The GAP Luke Lawrie, Joab Gilroy, Heath Dickson, and Jae Leong draw swords in Nidhogg during the day of fools. The games they discuss are Dark Souls 2, Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls, Infamous: Second Son, Battlefield 4: Naval Strike and Valve's documentary Free To Play. In the news they try to sort out the April Fools news from the real stuff and talk about the new head of Xbox, Predator appearing in the Call of Duty: Ghosts DLC, and the future of DayZ. This episode goes for 1 hour and 30 minutes, and also contains coarse language.

I demand to see it!
Also slightly unrelated question thats been bugging me for a little while - why does AG support and advertise facebook so much? I mean this is a social network site that can host and share info so why keep promoting/ advertising for facebook? Havent they got their own advert team?
It would be fine, i guess, if they are paying for the advertising because i get AG needs to run on adverts to be sustainable but somehow im thinking that facebook hasnt invested a red cent in AG and its just free "call outs" i see in various official threads.
Why?

Everyone advertises them every time they say "find us on "facebook".
http://www.theguardian.com/media/2011/jun/06/francBut it depends on how ubiquitous you see these "services" i guess? Facebook isnt just some channel or public service offering itself just to better society they are a private business that generates income and gets a "freebie" promotion everything it gets a mention. Take a look at what the french did:
Some text:
As someone who really (really) doesnt like (nor use) facebook i see it like the french do. The french get around it by saying "Find us on social networks."
That is what i mean about "advertising facebook".
Oh and I know they are public french channels being talked about but the less facebook gets talked about the better imo.

That is a great question, and one I don't actually have an answer for. Seems The Gap guys travelled in time, skipping ep 216.

Disabled my FB account the other day, best thing I've done in years. Very, very unlikely to go back.
I'm a bit of an ahead of the curve, trend setter kinda guy so you can expect more of this.
