Ever wanted to see The Elder Scrolls stories come to life? Like, live-action life?

Well, Bethesda have one hell of a teaser video for you today for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (thanks nerfy), after having clearly invaded one of the sets of A Game of Thrones (I presume it's a town near The White Wall), and they've crafted a cinematic teaser piece that not only paints a picture of seriousness on the developer's part, but also flair.

The only thing this video does better than anything else is leave you wondering if perhaps a Thrones-style show, or even a movie, would be a clever step for the franchise.

Watch it embedded below or, follow our strong recommendation, and click here to catch it in HD.

That's awesome.

Edit: Kind of related, I've been looking for the collector's edition of Skyrim for pc in stores, can't find it anywhere. Anyone see it? I've only managed to see it on Amazon. But if I get that there could be issues maybe.

I went in to JB and asked because they had it advertised a few weeks ago... turns out (according to this guy) that they had sold out and were not to take anymore preorders.

I'm talking about the edition with the book and map, no love on the dragon.
