With the Australian iPad launch happening ahead of the global release. Having played a bunch of The Elder Scrolls: Legends beta, which is Bethesda's take on the whole CCG genre, we can safely say that if you enjoy this style of game then you'll definitely want to check this out. In addition to the iPad launch in Australia, The Elder Scrolls: Legends is also available now on PC for free via the Bethesda Launcher.
One of the great things that sets apart The Elder Scrolls: Legends from other card games is the focus on single-play story content in addition to the multiplayer stuff. And as a free game, Bethesda has also announced that the first paid-for expansion The Fall of the Dark Brotherhood will be available April 5 for $30.99 AUD.
The Fall of The Dark Brotherhood contains a massive new adventure that takes place prior to the events of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. The new content will be broken into three sections, or maps, and will introduce more than 25 missions and 40 new cards to the game. By completing missions within the new Story, players will unlock new cards available only via The Fall of the Dark Brotherhood, including three new Legendary cards.
Additional content releases and versions for other devices, including mobile, are expected throughout the year.
