The 'Incursions' update brings The Division up to version 1.1 and is due to drop sometime tomorrow on all platforms. It's a pretty big update that will bring a lot of end-game content to the game, plus new items and changes that all sound great -- like making roaming the Dark Zone worth it once you reach a higher level. Ubisoft has released a new video covering what's in the update, focusing on the first Incursion, Falcon Lost, which is The Division's version of challenging group-based missions or raids.

One thing we did notice in this video is that it states that all Incursions will bring new items and Gear Sets to the game. Which if true, is pretty awesome because The Division is scheduled to receive another major update and free Incursion prior to the roll-out of Season Pass DLC content.
