With Nacon Studio Milan at the helm of a '80s inspired Terminator Survival Project, namely the first film's depiction of a machine ravaged future. The announcement came as part of a Nacon Connect livestream overnight, with the teaser showcasing the iconic T800 endoskeleton.
Described as "the first survival game set in the Terminator universe" there isn't much more to go on, and the project is seemingly very early in development for PC and consoles with a "distant future" release date. As for what a survival game set in the Terminator universe means, well, that's an interesting proposition. Odds are this will be set in the future and will be about trying to survive in a world overrun by machines. With the 'survival' tag comes expectations too, so we're thinking crafting, building bunkers/shelters, and heading out to fight machines and collect resources.
It definitely has promise, but as an early teaser who know when "It'll Be Back".
