The second of four new fighters for Street Fighter V has been revealed, and according to Capcom the Middle-Eastern Rashid is a "fun, easy going individual who has an affinity for technology." Technology that no doubt is based around being able to generate whirlwinds of various sizes. In the dazzling reveal trailer, which more than showcases the wonderful animation of Street Fighter V, you get to see Rashid in action. And it's whirlwind-elicious.
