So if you plan on getting the PC version, make sure you get it running at 60fps, because the speed of the game is tied to the frame-rate. Like a console game from the '90s, which is more than fitting, if a little weird. And if you plan on playing online you'll no doubt lose thanks to the difficulty of executing a well-timed uppercut among the numerous skipped frames. And not because you kind of suck at Street Fighter. No one would dare go that far.
