In this next generation role-playing game set amongst the stars, create any character you want and explore with unparalleled freedom as you embark on an epic journey to answer humanity’s greatest mystery.

Also, this confirms that Starfield is using a new engine dubbed 'Creation Engine 2' and you can already see the difference, fidelity wise. From the detailed environments to the ship to the the wonderful in-cockpit detail.

The only downside is that this is a teaser, and we're still so far out from release. We were kind of hoping this would be a Holiday 2021 or Early 2022 jam, or that we'd get a meaty chunk of Starfield gameplay to chew on. Not that we'd want the team at BGS to rush this out the door... 25 years in the making, we can wait.
