Thursday, July 28 to be exact. Based on the hit anime of the same name, well the stuff before the colon, Ghost in the Shell: First Assault Online re-imagines the world of Ghost in the Shell as an online squad-based first-person shooter. After being in Early Access for a while the Open Beta will allow everyone to check out the game on Windows PC via Steam or the Nexon Global Platform.

As a member of Section 9, First Assault players are part of an elite force of cybernetically enhanced combat operatives tasked with protecting society and fighting terrorists on the bleak streets of a futuristic Japan.
