It's slightly belated, but with the slaw that is November, we can sometimes get a bit bogged down, or maybe it's just that in the case of Spider-Man: Edge of Time, it was a slog to get deep enough into the game to get a full review of it.
At least that was the case with Andy "Butters" Bulmer, a long-time Spider-Man fan and my co-comic book collector from our teenage years (and no, we weren't covered in pimples, sporting braces and incapable of talking to girsl). Obviously he got the short-end of the comic book videogame review straw though, with me grabbing the Caped Crusader, and him getting... well... whatever Spider-Man is these days (in videogame form).

But seriously, after gliding around Arkham City as Batman without touching the ground, there's absolutely no reason you couldn't do it with Spidey. Recreate New York in epic scale, size up Spider-Man on the screen so the sensation is amplified and give gamers a massive amount of freedom to be the Web-Slinger

Indeed, noone wants to run around indoors as Spiderman, they want to spray spider-goo all over Mary Jane.

apparently that's what they are doing for the amazing spiderman movie tie in game.
