Sony is continuing to show its support behind the indie gaming scene with the announcement of 12 new titles heading to their PlayStation 4 console throughout the year.

While some of the games included in the list may be familiar to PC gamers, it will no doubt keep PlayStation 4 fans buys between the bigger releases during the year. The collection isn't just for PlayStation 4 owners though, with a handful of titles also getting a release on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita. These include Spelunky, Drifter, Starhwal: Just the Tip and Axiom Verge.

The full list of PlayStation 4 exclusive titles include Nidhogg, Skulls of the Shogun: The Bone-a-Fide Edition, Source, Chasm, Jamestown Plus, Ironclad Tactics, Apotheon and Escape Goat 2. You can check out the PlayStation Blog here for an in-depth look into each one by their respective developer.
