Also had the annoying as hell different mouse sensitivity bug, which is infuriating since I play with slow mouse settings but with the bug I get super duper fast up and down look while left and right stay the same.

Exactly the same here, especially the dragons not attacking issue.

The only reason for the messing around with the graphics settings was to try and clean up the blocky shadows that seem to flicker every minute or so in some towns, I don't notice it everywhere and it certainly hasn't bothered me enough to put a dent in my gaming.
Glanced at my Steam library list on Friday and it said 46 hours played, guess I racked up a few more over the weekend. Great experience so far :)
Good to see Bethesda getting out a patch for the people that need it though.
Good hunting!

If that happens, go up to a guard, click on them in console and type "paycrimegold". Then you can pay off the bounty.
Other than that, just a few CTDs

i've had lots of random bugs but mostly i enjoy them! i had one where mammoths were spawning way up in the air & then a dragon would flame them & they would fall down on top of another mammoth & then disappear & respawn back up in the air. it was pretty funny.
the only really annoying bug i get is sometimes i get little freezes while exploring skyrim... but i think that might be my system coz a mate with a very similar system gets the same.
w00t!

Learnt rather quickly to quick save just before fast travel :)

The 2 biggest issues i'm having at the moment are in dungeons when there's water the screen flashes green for a split second as if the whole screen has filled with water and your character goes into the swimming animation for that split second. Because your technically swimming for a second it cancels casting and you'll miss actions like swapping weapons or spells. Extremely annoying.
The other has just cropped recently as i play a dual wield warrior ive got 2 glass swords and i have them hot keyed to 1. Because they are the same item and they stack i can press 1 twice and it puts one sword in my mainhand and one in my offhand. However, now i have upgraded my swords via grinding now they each have 'legendary' in brackets at the end of their name and now they no longer stack. Even hotkeying one sword to 1 and the other to 2 doesn't work because when you hit 1 the first sword goes to your mainhand, then you hit 2 and the second sword replaces that in your mainhand. ><
/end rant

It's great, one of the guests just keels over when they teleport into the wedding ceremony location and all of the NPCs in attendance including your fiance get angry and blame it on the player.

I had that with a dragon in the marshes north west of riften. Tried travelling there several times from several different locations but it always happened. Left it for ages in the end, and came back and it still was broken. Twas weird.

Are you running a Large Address Aware mod? If not, that could be the cause of crashing. Skyrim only runs maximum 2GB RAM, which could be the cause of the crashing.
Download this mod, will allow 4GB+:

Use my .exe if it crashes a heap afterwards, that's Steams fault, update before this one made it so the game had to run through Steam, and didn't play nice with mods:

Afterwards, use this guide to help tweak ini settings and make everything look good and work well!
