In what's being called a 'Mood Video' we get to see the rural and small towns of the upcoming and long-awaited Shenmue 3. The environments look great, and the game is definitely looking better than ever as the November 19 release date draws near.

Visually it stills retains the old Shenmue look when it comes to characters and animation, so on that front you could say that it's a little dated. But, going back to the original Dreamcast release - Shenmue 3 definitely benefits from advances in technology.

Check it out.

The above trailer debuted as part of Tokyo Game Show 2019, and with the day/night cycle we can probably expect to roam these places a Ryo waiting for certain shops to open or times when Person A is at Place B. Shenmue 3 will be out on PC (via the Epic Games Store) and PlayStation 4.
