The latest Mortal Kombat 11 Kombat Pack showcases Shang Tsung as part of a new line-up of character coming that also includes Sindel, Nightwolf, comic-book antihero Spawn plus "two more guests". With the teaser at the end hinting at the possibility of Ash from Evil Dead joining the line-up. Which, would be... Groovy.

That aside, Shang Tsung looks awesome in motion - and brings back the character's morph abilities from older Mortal Kombat titles with a cool little moment including a Sub Zero and Scorpion combo. And then... there's the Fatality.



Back to Ash joining the line-up for a second, it's a rumour that has persisted for a few months now with actor Bruce Campbell coming out to deny the report recently. Although after this recent trailer drop he did Tweet out, "Boy, looks like a swell game - I’ll have to check it out!" Plus, we get to hear both a chainsaw and a shotgun in the teaser. So odds are, Ash is coming.
