Another new game to whittle away the hours before the big titles start to grace our store-shelves, and one more than worth a look-in, is Shadows of the Damned.

I've been pretty excited for this baby since its announcement at last year's TGS, and for good reason. With the likes of Shinji Mikami and Suda 51 on board (among a lot of other talent), you stand up and listen, and while it's definitely not a game-changer, it really delivers one long punchline to the gaming industry, both old and new.

So if you're into games that make you laugh and equally leave you feeling satisfied with their action components, Shadows of the Damned may be for you.
