For those looking for a more premium headset to take your gaming to the next level you'd be hard pressed to look over Sennheiser's Game Zero offering. Coming from the well-known makers of great audio products you get the same attention to detail and a clear understanding of what people want. Comfortable, lightweight, and a crisp balanced sound.

Clarity, in audio terms usually refers to describing the higher end of the frequency spectrum. Throw in the word crisp and you should have a good idea of what to expect performance-wise with the Game Zero. There’s no denying that Sennheiser has created one of the better sounding headsets available today, and right off the bat without feeling the need to artificially crank up the bass response. Which a lot of headsets do, to immediately give off that wow factor. Game Zero, without any EQ changes or adjustments, present a richly detailed and balanced sound thanks to quality drivers and a quality build.

I bought a set of these recently, the super cool white ones. As well as getting a better soundcard, I bought the Asus Strix Raid pro. I also have the Kingston HYper X II, as well as a nice pair of Corsair H2100 Wireless cans.

Bottom line, the Sennheiser Game Zeros, together with my new sound card, is the best audio I've ever enjoyed from any PC I've owned. The Sennheisers' are wonderfully comfortable, the boom mic is brilliant in its cut off routine simply by rotating it etc..very, very happy with them.

Make sure you shop around, I've seen the prices range from nearly $400 to@$200. The white guys are generally more, because as I said they are super cool...:) I think I got mine from Mwave for like $260 bucks.

I am definitely hearing baddies & locating the direction of gunfire in PUBG a LOT better and music/movies with the correct profile is amazing. (*the sonic studio that ships with the Asus soundcard has some very nice features and tweaks as well.)

*oh and they need a sound card with grunt. 600ohm high impedence. intitally I paired them with a bog standard Asus DX soundcard and they were crap...NO volume at all...put in the new soundcard, set the impedence to high....MIND BLOWN. ears also. :)
