In much the same manner as Saints Row 3, Volition has served up a character creation application, allowing prospective players to dabble in the upcoming title's deep and wacky dress-up metagame ahead of next week's August 13th launch.

As the player takes on the role of the President of the United States in Saints Row IV, the character customisation tool has been dubbed the Inauguration Station, and there's little limit to the level of ridiculousness possible.
Upload characters created or modified in the "Inauguration Station" to play with them in Saints Row IV. Tip: You can download your Saints Row: The Third characters to update them for Saints Row IV. Browse an online gallery to view thousands of shared community characters.
PC players can get started on Steam, and Xbox 360 owners should be able to find it on XBLA, but PlayStation 3 players will need to wait until tomorrow for the PSN launch.

As far as we're aware, the Inauguration Station tool is unaffected by the cut-content of the MA15+ rated Australian version. Saints Row IV launches on August 13th 2013 for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

The only thing that was cut was that one mission right? On Steam it says low violence version so I'm a bit confused as to what you'd actually get.
