We're in the middle of somewhat of a lull in big budget game releases at the moment with only a handful of big-name titles finding their way out this month. Fortunately however, indie studios don't play to the same calendars and can benefit by launching in these quieter periods.

Our latest game review touches on one such title, Runespell: Overture, available now on Steam at a promotional price-point of USD$8.99 (with no regional price disparity). And there's also a free demo!
Runespell: Overture is a role-playing game combining poker mechanics with power ups and collectable cards. The world is set in an alternate medieval Europe linking historical characters with Norse mythology and sagas. The player takes on the role of the Changeling, the son of a monster god, in search of his nemesis.
Our newest reviewer Patrick Stafford (proprietor of ProblemWithStory.com), puts Runespell: Overture through it's paces with positive results. Click here to read all about it.
