Hey, remember when Ubisoft said that they were taking a break from Assassin's Creed this year? Well, that's still true. Sorta. Do repackaged remasters count? That's right, coming November 17 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, is Assassin’s Creed The Ezio Collection. Which contains all of adventures of Ezio Auditore da Firenze, like Assassin’s Creed II, Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood and Assassin’s Creed Revelations. With "enhanced graphics" to take advantage of the current hardware.

Assassin's Creed II was a long time ago, so even though these are remasters, they still look a little dated. But even so, Assassin's Creed II is arguably the best entry in the series from both a story and gameplay perspective.

The pack also comes with all story-based add-ons for all three Ezio adventures.

ACII was without question the best game. I don't know how it will stack up now though...

Agree, AC2 was without question the best so far. I tried to play Brotherhood and Revelations, they just didn't seem to work anywhere near as well. One required you to have too much going on (I can't remember which) - with all its brawls and bomb-making.

AC4 was fantastic though, with the exception that you'd point Edward towards an object, jump, and he'd end up jumping at something 90 degrees to where you wantd him to go. ACFrenchies was just "ooh, a couch - pretty sure I can hang off the back of that!".

AC2 was my favourite, until Syndicate, but now I'd say Syndicate is the best, I loved that.

AC4 was great, but didn't even really feel that much like an assassin's creed game to me, the best bits of it were all the pirate non-assassin related bits. They should have spun that off and just made it into a pirate game and gone all out with it
