E3 might have taken up most of the headlines over the past week and a half (or so), but that didn't stop the game release machine from running, nor our review cogs from turning.
Today we gave our newest freelancer, but industry veteran, butters (aka Andy Bulmer who worked with Kosta and I on good old Nintendo Gamer back in the day),
Red Faction: Armageddon review duties, and he emerged from the underground tunnels of Mars relatively safe and sound, and thinking the game is as fun as previous iterations, and equally lacking in compelling narrative.

It's going to be another 3rd person shooter from everything I have read elsewhere.
If it was a 1st person shooter I might actually be interested. I really enjoyed the first RF, not so much the other 2 though. I really didn't enjoy the 3rd person view for the 3rd game though... Sounds like this one is going to be similar.
