And it's unique and comes from the Red Bull Gaming team based here in Australia, and will be taking place in May at the Star Casino, but will feature a different type of qualifiers in the lead up at the freshly-minted Fortress Sydney in Ultimo as well as online.

The concept, which isn't meant to be a part of a 'pro'-style circuit brings amateur players into an event with an opportunity to captain a team that can then feature actual pros and content creators.

The Red Bull High Grounds event page goes into detail how the setup works (navigate to the Rulebook), but the basic rundown of qualifiers and then the event itself sees 15 captain spots up for grabs at Fortress Sydney and across a series of online matches, all taking place on April 20 and May 4 (the in-person event at Fortress is specifically on May 4).

The successful captains can then pick from a pool of pros and content creators, allowing one of each in what will be a team of three.

Here's a bit more officially from Red Bull Australia:
In this new format, Red Bull High Grounds invites amateurs to qualify for one of fifteen team captain slots. With the draft order based on qualification placement, these team captains will select two players from allocated talent pools, one Fortnite professional and one top tier content creator, to make up their dream trio.

Heading up the content creator pool is one of Australia’s most successful gaming creators and Red Bull Player, Lachlan Power. “I’m excited to be involved in Red Bull High Grounds where we can bring together professional players and creators to support rising talent in Australia’s Fortnite scene. It’s going to be an entertaining night for the audience, and for us!’

The fifteen drafted trios will then take to the stage on May 27 at The Star Event Centre Sydney where they will compete in front of a live in-venue and broadcast audience for the glory of being crowned Red Bull High Ground’s inaugural champions, and the lion’s share of the $50,000 prize pool. Fortnite fans who attend the 16+ live event can expect opportunities to meet their idols face to face and engage in audience games for giveaways while they cheer on their favourite players.
