With QuakeCon 2021 set to take place from August 19-21 the world's largest LAN and all-thing id Software and Bethesda event is once again going digital-only. The announcement comes as, well, the world continues to deal with an on-going pandemic.

As per the announcement, "We can’t wait to get back to Dallas with our QuakeCon family, but for the continued safety of our staff, the volunteers, and the community, this year’s QuakeCon will once again be a digital-only event."

As per last year's digital event we can expect a bunch of livestreams, events, and community focused fun throughout the weekend -- with hopefully a few surprise announcements too. No doubt whatever Bethesda has cooking up for E3 (please be Starfield, please be Starfield) will get a deep dive here too.
