December 7, which puts its PS4 debut in-line with the 12-month console-exclusivity deal Microsoft had for the popular battle-royale game on Xbox One. The PS4 edition will essentially be the same as the Xbox One version but with a couple of neat cosmetic items exclusive to the console for those who pre-order - including a Nathan Drake Desert Outfit.
PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) will launch on December 7 for PS4 across both digital and retail stores with three maps – Erangel, Miramar, and Sanhok available day one.
Really though, we would love to see it launch with cross-play. That would be very cool.
Dead game slowly dying. They should have spent more time fixing the game on PC, you know...all those people who gave you $'s to fund running the servers, etc. They can't even sell the game on Xbox now because its such a sh*t house performer, so they're giving it away for free. Only a matter of time before it becomes free to play on PC in a desperate attempt to be relevant.
Losing a minimum of 100k players per month. Sometimes as many as 500k a month. At this rate within the next year the game probably won't be around any more.
