Alongside the very first discount where PUBG or PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds is now 33% off on Steam. As for the milestones, they're pretty huge - especially because it's been a while since we've reported on PUBG numbers. In September of last year we reported that 10 millions copies of PUBG had been sold. Well, that number now sits at 50 million.
Which is huge - and includes both the PC and Xbox One platforms. Throwing in PUBG Mobile, there are now over 400 million players with 87 million playing daily.
Via a statement on Steam, the PUBG development teams notes "We’re genuinely humbled by PUBG’s ongoing success and growth, and we’re incredibly optimistic about the game’s future. We’re going to keep working on new content and improvements for all versions of the game. We know there’s still so much we can do to make PUBG a better game for our players."
In other PUBG news, new smaller map Sanhok - arrives this weekend. Trailer below.
