Although I like the idea of this "game within a game", I'm still going to resist windows 8/8.1. It's funny, because now I am like the xp users who resisted vista, but I installed vista day one.......

I don't understand your resistance to Windows 8/8.1. It is a great operating system which people hate on because it they love to hate on Microsoft. Its ridiculous really.

I totally get people didn't like Metro, personally I use it all the time now, but if you don't want to you pretty much don't even have to see it. For me its much better than the start menu ever was. My only beef with Win8 was the way search worked compared to Win7, this has been rectified in Win8.1. (I'm talking about unified search)

Outside of that, its almost the same as Windows 7 but with performance improvements. I've very happy and can't imagine going back to Win7.
