Today Sony has announced that sales of PlayStation VR have passed 3 million systems worldwide, alongside word that 21.9 million PSVR games have also been sold to date. In terms of individual VR experiences the top PSVR title is none other than The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim VR, followed by Sony's own PlayStation VR Worlds.

With the full top ten most-played PSVR games (listed as for the North American region) being as follows:

1. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim VR
2. PlayStation VR Worlds
3. Rec Room
4. Resident Evil 7 biohazard
5. The Playroom VR
6. Job Simulator
7. Until Dawn: Rush of Blood
8. Batman: Arkham VR
9. Farpoint
10. Superhot VR

This news follows the last official word from Sony at the end of 2017 where it was announced that 2 million PSVR systems had been sold. And to celebrate the milestone, PSVR owners will find a number of titles currently on sale digitally via the PlayStation Store.
